THE PROCESS
1. Fill out form to book a date
If you're interested in my services, send me a message via the form on my Contact page. If you are already set on your date, take the process a step further and secure your spot through my booking page shown below the contact form. Now, we can start discussing plans!
2. Questionnaire and Quote
This is a perfect opportunity for me to get know a little more about you and your event. I also like to follow up with a phone call to ask and answer any questions we may have. The more details I get about the event and you, the better I can tailor a quote that works for your vision for the big day.
3. Sign Contract & Get Invoice
Once we agree on all the details, we sign the contract. After the contract has been signed, I will send over an invoice which requires a down payment before the day of the event. Once these steps have been finalized, your date is officially reserved in my calendar.
4. The Big Day
Now that we've prepared for the big day to the best of our ability, we get to finally tackle the to-do list of the day. It is a time when we get to live in the spectacular moment and capture it.
5. Product Receivement
You'll get a digital delivery of the products expected after the event within the turnaround time discussed. Make sure to always back up your photos and videos in separate locations to protect against losses. After that, it's time to share with your family and friends!
6. Go the extra mile
Take a moment to type or write out a statement about the service I provided and I will feature it on my website under testimonial. If there is anything else you would wish to note let me know too. Thank you for choosing to work with me! I hope we can keep in touch!
FAQ
Are travel fees included in your packages?
Travel fees are not included in a package. Travel surcharges may apply if the set location(s) are 25+ miles away from where I live.
How long does it take to receive photos and video?
Turnaround time for digital galleries and collections is between 2-4 weeks after sessions except for wedding sessions. Turnaround time for wedding sessions is between 4-6 weeks.
We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?
Yes! I would be glad to talk to you about what you have in mind, and we can prepare together until then.
How do I lock in my date?
To secure your booking, I require a 25% deposit booking fee, non-refundable, to hold the date. Dates cannot be held without the booking fee.
What's the process before and after booking?
Prior to booking, I can organize a phone consult to discuss your plans and to answer any questions you may have.
After you have booked, around 6 weeks out from your wedding day or 2 weeks out from your event, I will touch base again to discuss your plans in further detail.
